Returns Policy
At California Collectors, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a full refund, or as an exchange for another ring of your choosing.
All return for refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by receipt and received within 30 days of purchase. Rings returned for refund or exchange must be in original condition, and must include the walnut box and plaque.
On returns and exchanges, use the original package, if possible and wrap it carefully and securely. All shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept items shipped to us C.O.D. We recommend purchasing insurance and tracking on all returns.
On exchanges you will receive a credit for the purchase price of the ring you are returning. This will be credited toward the purchase price of the replacement ring. Unless requested otherwise, the replacement plaque on an exchange will be identical to the one you are returning, both in terms of color and message. You may change that in an email to us specifying your name, address and order number on your original purchase, and choice of new plaque and specific message you would like.
